"Bracelet Science"

Wearing a bracelet as a reminder to reach a health behavoir goal (as part of a resiliency training approach) has been shown to improve physiological outcomes in people with type 2 diabetes.

The health behavior changes that participants were encouraged to change were related to making improvements in healthy eating, increasing physical activity, taking medications on time and monitoring bloog glucose levels.

Bradshaw Consulting and Bella Beads have joined together to provide registered dietitians with beautiful tools (elegant bracelets and scarf scrunchees, classy personal journals, and fun colorful magnets) for their clients to use as anchors as they work towards improving their health.
